Features:

• Lid: SS lid on top of bowl with view port, charging opening, vents and counters for balancing
• Optionally additional port can be provided for spraying and CIP
• Optionally lid opening and closing can be done with pneumatic control 
• Bowl: SS bowl designed in three section i.e. flat bottom dish, cylindrical shell and conical top
• Impeller:  3 Nos. Blades (Optionally 4 Blades) impeller located at the center of bowl connected to gear Box out Shaft.
• Optionally:  Telescopic Lifting lowering arrangement to main impeller allows better cleaning and is best suited  for product change over. 
• Discharge Port: Mounted horizontally into bowl with vertical downward opening.  Opening and closing of the piston in the port is through pneumatic cylinder.
• Bowl Mounting. Mounting platform is made of sturdy MS plate, Which is Cledded with SS, 304 impaled / Dimpled/checquered plate.
• Impeller Drive Unit: Final transmission can be achieved through belt and pulley arrangement or optionally can be attained by means of chain sprocket arrangement. 
• Chopper Drive Unit: Motor where the SS shaft is directly integered with motor and specially designed Four Bladed Rotor.
